These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement"), together with all documents referenced herein, constitute a legally binding agreement between you, as a natural person ("you," "your," or "User"), and Software Solution International LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of one or more of our games (hereinafter referred to as the "Application" or "our Applications").

Please read this Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Application.

Please be sure to read and understand this Agreement. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you signify that you have read, understood, agreed to, and accepted this Agreement, which shall take effect as of the date you download, install, or use the Application. Your use of the Application constitutes your agreement to comply with this Agreement.

If you do not agree to (do not accept) this Agreement, or if you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access, download, install, or use the Application, and you must immediately cease downloading or installing the Application and remove (delete) the Application from any mobile device you own or control.

II. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify this Agreement at any time and for any reason. We will inform you of any changes by updating this Agreement, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each change. You are responsible for periodically reviewing this Agreement for updates. Your continued use of the Application following the date on which the revised Agreement is posted shall constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Agreement.

III. Restrictions on Application Usage Rights

To download, install, access, or use the Application, you must be at least 13 years of age.

All users who are minors in their jurisdiction of residence (generally meaning under 13 years of age) must obtain permission from their parent or guardian and be directly supervised by them in order to use the Application. Parents or guardians must directly supervise the minor's use of the Application.

No person under the age of thirteen (13) may download, install, access, or use the Application.

You confirm that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age, or that you have obtained full legal capacity, or that you have obtained the consent of your legal parent or guardian, and that you are fully capable of entering into the terms, conditions, obligations, declarations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement and of complying with this Agreement.

IV. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of great importance to us. Accordingly, we have developed a Privacy Policy designed to help you understand how we process, use, and store information, including personal data. Access to the Application and use of the Services are subject to this Privacy Policy. By accessing the Application and continuing to use the Services, you are deemed to have accepted this Privacy Policy and, in particular, you are deemed to understand how we process your information and the corresponding legal bases as set forth in the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease using the Application. V. End User License Agreement

By using the Application, you undertake to respect our intellectual property rights (rights relating to the Application's source code, UI/UX design, content materials, copyrights, and trademarks, hereinafter referred to as "Intellectual Property") as well as the intellectual property rights owned by third parties.

As long as you continue to use the Application, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, revocable right to access and use the Application in accordance with this Agreement (the "License").

You may use our Application for non-commercial purposes only. You are obligated to respect all copyrighted materials within the Application.

The source code, design, and content within the Application, including information, photographs, illustrations, artwork, and other graphic materials, sounds, music, or videos (hereinafter referred to as the "Works"), as well as names, logos, and trademarks (hereinafter referred to as the "Personalization Means"), are protected by copyright laws and other relevant laws and/or international treaties and belong to us and/or our partners and/or contracted third parties.

Without the express permission of us and/or our partners and/or contracted third parties, the Works and Personalization Means may not be reproduced, republished, forwarded, distributed, transmitted, sold, published, broadcast, or disseminated, in whole or in part.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application and its content, Works, Personalization Means, and functionality are: (1) the exclusive property of Software Solution International LLC and/or our partners and/or contracted third parties; (2) protected by applicable international and national laws; and (3) under no circumstances transferred to you, in whole or in part, within the scope of this License.

We will not hesitate to take legal action against any unauthorized use of our trademarks, names, or logos, in order to protect and restore our rights. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved. Other product and company names mentioned herein may also be the trademarks of their respective owners.

VI. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Application in any way that is:

illegal, unlawful, or unauthorized;

defamatory to any other person;

obscene or offensive;

infringing upon any other person's copyright, database rights, or trademark rights;

advocating, promoting, or assisting any unlawful act, such as copyright infringement or computer misuse.

You may not make the Application available to any third party. Furthermore, you may not modify, translate into other languages, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the Application or any documentation related to the Application, or otherwise create derivative works based on the Application or any documentation related to the Application.

You may not transfer, lend, rent, lease, distribute the Application, or use it for providing services to third parties, nor may you grant to any third party any rights to the Application or any documentation related to the Application.

Any trademarks or other content displayed on the Application may not be misused.

You may not, directly or indirectly, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any content from the Application in a manner that infringes upon our intellectual property rights.

Furthermore, you may not attempt to use the Application or any part thereof for malicious purposes.

In addition, we are not responsible for the manner in which you use the Application.

It is hereby expressly stated that we may take any legal measures permitted by applicable law against users who violate this Agreement.

All disputes arising out of the use of the Application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of New York, United States.

VII. Disclaimer

You agree that your use of the Application and its Services is at your sole risk. The Application and all materials, information, software, and content integrated therein are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no express or implied warranties of merchantability, technical compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any services, products, or materials provided under this Agreement. We do not warrant that the functions contained in or provided through the Services will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers providing the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

VIII. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with the Application and the Services provided thereby. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits or revenue, even if we have been expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the products, services, and/or information provided by any third party. You also expressly acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any costs or damages arising from private or governmental legal proceedings in any country arising out of your use of any Application and its Services.
